I'll probably put that back into Marcus for now rather than trying to send a further payment to Vanquis, as I suspect now that I'm properly up and running they won't allow further deposits.0 -
Applied 8th Nov and still had no letters in the post...at this rate the 30 days to fund it will have elapsed...have sent an e-mail.I would normally have a cup of tea0

Did anyone else have to send them documentation and receive anything back yet?
I sent mine off last Wednesday and haven't herd back yet, not sure how long I should be expecting to wait. Obviously can't even be 100% sure they will get back to me.
I've got a back up account ready just in case this falls through but at a lower rate.0 -
Took 2 weeks for ours to open. They are rubbish.1

As an existing customer it took 2 minutes for mine to open They are fine.0

Mine was opened within minutes as well, no further documentation requested.0

Yup - the letter confirming my initial deposit arrived yesterday and indicated I could make further deposits, so I did, with my original "wrong reference" £5k. Was added to my account within hours so all good.Guess there's a week or two window to make multiple deposits...1

Still no letters after two weeks and no e-mail reply - had to phone after on hold for nearly an hour...have made some progress but still need a code in the post!
A question which I can't find an answer to - if I leave the monthly interest in the account as opposed to paying out to my nominated account would I earn interest on the interest or is it just the original deposit amount ? ThanksI would normally have a cup of tea0
