Perhaps that DD hasn't gone through yet , or the supplier hasn't called it off, or the DD "bounced"

@mrsg1990 I think a gentle chat with Uncle is due - if he's fiercely independent that may be difficult .
Perhaps that debt has generally frightened him and there has been a lot of scare stories.
Check he's getting the £66, had the £150, qualify for the £324 or other benefits; insurance premiums ....................Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0
