Thank you. I've had a read through and all looks straight forward on line so I think we'll take this approach (not sure why they said we'd have to make an appointment then
).
They also said it's just for 'November only' if anyone else is wondering.
We'll apply today, hoping we'll receive card & pin before its pulled!0 -
Just out of interest, we've applied now - given a switch date of ...1st December. Do you think they will honour access to the online Referral Form on/after this date - or is it quite possible they'll pull it off the website given that it's just for November so...tough!! (not sure if the long lead time is a dirty trick they often use ?).0

you can submit the referral form as soon as you get the account number and sort code, there is no requirement that you need to submit this only after your switch gets complete. My referrals have done this and all have got bonus just after few days of switching date

Ah ok, thanks. On the Referral Form then, where it says 'Switch End Date', do we put 30th November or the actual switch date of 1st December (just so we don't loose out) ?0

There is no end date on this offer, not sure where do you see last date is 30th Nov? You have to put your actual switching date.

When I was in the Bank last week - she made a point of saying, "it's for November only" ?0

dont see it anywhere on their website or in the terms and conditions page. Also you will be getting the account details soon so you cna submit the form. It matters when you submitted the form even if there is an end date and not when your switching is completing.

Ok I understand now. I'll put 1st December as the switch end date then as soon as we receive the relatives new account details. Thank you for your help.0

there is mention of if the offer ends....they will give access to the claim page for 14 days following offer being pulled, but as we are all going to be waiting about 23 days thats not alot of good for 100% security. i dont think it'll be pulled within a few days though.
i was wondering and hopefully Ghostcrawler has confirmed above if filling in the switch form asap but before the switch completes would work.0 -
