Dog has leptospirosis. Kidney failure and elevated liver issues. On IV antibiotics, fluids and painkillers for next three days and likelihood is he will still die.
I am so, so sorry to hear this Fox.
If the likelihood is that he will not be able to recover, may I gently suggest skipping the prolonged treatment and going for a PTS choice? Dogs only know ‘now’, and it may not be in his best interests, or the best financial interest, to pursue treatments which will ultimately not help him.

Unfortunately Ronnie entered multiple stage organ failure at 4pm and was PTS. Please forgive me if I don’t post for a few days. I am absolutely devastated and I cannot think straight.
