I was concerned that my switch hadn't worked so I messaged them earlier today. Just received confirmation that it will be paid by 23rd December.

Doing OK on this round. Wife and I bagged 2 RBS - and been paid, 2 Nationwide - and paid, 2 Lloyds - and paid. Awaiting 2 Natwest and 2 TSB.

When was your switch roughly? And did you know the switch went through but just was worried because you hadn’t received the bonus?

Switched 31 October. RBS essentially the same bank paid really quickly so I felt the need to check when payment is due and importantly to confirm I am eligible

My experience with Natwest and RBS:

natwest = offer said £100 incentive paid by 11 February 2022. Incentive paid on 10 February 2022.

rbs  = offer said £100 incentive paid by 28 January 2022. Incentive paid on 28 January 2022

Have any existing customers received the switch incentive yet, no sign of mine yet?

My husband I both switched into our existing NatWest accounts at the same time, both completed on the same day (17th October). He got his cash on 23rd November but I am still waiting  :/ Hoping they are paying out in random chunks!

Despite receiving my confirmation stating I would get the bonus by 23/12 I had still not received my bonus by then so I messaged them.

Reply came back that I’m not eligible! So no Bonus. I had switched previously in April 2018 but I thought it was earlier….my error

They invited me to complain if not happy….so I have…nothing to lose

I will update on the outcome
