@CMD79 it is great news about the money to pay off some of the debt. Have you actually paid it off yet? If not, make that your first priority.
Keep up with the NSD challenge, it really does help to put the brakes on spending as it gives some breathing space and removes the panic. Something I found useful was to write down everything I thought I wanted to buy on a list, and look at it again at the end of the month. When it turned out I didn't really want any of those things at all!3 -

stocked up on much needed fresh produce yesterday
i buy longlife milk to save me going out to replenish this as dont have room in freezer to store fresh milk saves me going to shops too regularly and picking up items i didnt go for , writing a list is a good way to shop.....sticking to said list is the tricky bit 🙄1 -
