I really wasn't well over night
I think it is stress, the lack of expressing myself, the strain of caring for mum and the state of the house, I was pleased with a few things I had got done yesterday. The house is shocking but it will get better.
I am determined to go out tho. I am having ginger biscuits for breakfast. And Tea. Tea is amazing.

Seeing my best friend was a tonic and a half. She really is so wise and kind and hilarious. We went for a walk and had lunch. We had such a good chat and it was so good to be me, just me, no carer/daughter/skivvy situation. It gave me such a boost that I came home and cleaned the kitchen and decluttered two boxes.
I am shattered now.
