I am resisting the temptation to open my pot for as long as I can. Maybe Sunday. I actually have Thursday off, so maybe Thursday.

Tonight have potted a £2 coin and 50p coin. I have had so few £2 coins this challenge, I might not even bother opening my £2 tin this year.

Hello Potters, I have returned from my travels and have tried to catch up on all your news. Sending hugs to you if needed 💕 Arrived home yesterday after 28 days cruising transatlantic, Canada, America and transatlantic home again. Originally booked for 2020 for our 30th anniversary, we were happy to finally go! Now back to reality 😂 While we were on-board, our DS and daughter-in-law had another baby girl, Efa. Bad timing on our behalf, but happy that everyone is healthy and well 😍 We are so looking forward to meeting her.

No new potting yet, but I will be declaring early next next week. Enjoy your weekend 😁

Hi Madlyn, Declaration Day was originally the 26th or 27th depending on which day the Thursday fell on. Trouble is I've found that over the years, some folk leave it later and later...some not until after Christmas!! 😡 It gets more difficult then with running the 2 threads. So a few weeks ago I thought that if I set a definite date with 'or before if you wish but definitely by the ..th', it would make things easier, and certainly for me as we always start the following year's the day after.

Well done with your first 1p roadkill!!

So sorry your money is already spent, thank goodness you had it saved, especially given the cost of living!

Afternoon all
Im going to declare my £497.50 today, just incase I don't get time or forget later this week. I'm still chuffed that a large part of that came from my Natwest 'roundups' - wish I had started doing it earlier. Not sure what I'm going to do with the cash - possibly put towards that Christmas break I want. Thank you for your suggestions!

Morning, #23 declaring £335.39. Happy Hettyhound 🥳. No idea what it will get spent on for Christmas as currently the Santa list includes a phone, a puppy and DJ decks 👎. £1 already spent as the tooth fairy caught mummy financially embarrassed; 30p wasn’t going to cut it in today’s market 🤣

Hi Sue and fellow potters. It's been a very difficult year to say the least but I'd like to declare a total of £187.90 this time please.  This is purely eBay sales minus all fees, postage (and the purchase of some packing materials) as cash to pot has been virtually none-existant 
A big thank you, Sue, for running this thread again for us.  There are some smashing totals being declared already!

Hi All, my declaration after a last minute coat pocket find this morning its better than I thought I'd have so am pleased. I started out potting better than I ended!  

Some impressive totals already; well done everyone. I'm going to pay mine in account tomorrow and off of a credit card and get a lump off my other challenge.

Thankyou for running this, I would have wasted that £350 who knows where if I hadn't trapped it whenever I used Cash.

Looking forward to starting up again. Tin will has a sealant joint closure shortly so reusing in the spirit of saving 😆
