Good evening everyone,
I've just been doing some banking and shifting around of money, so I've been able to pot £8.43. Feeling quite virtuous! Pay day is soon, so hopefully I can sweep some more soon...

Evening all
I need another tin! I was tempted to breakk into my 'silver only' one a couple of weeks back. I wanted to knock the payments down on my weekly Council Tax direct debits for 2023. I did it just in time too. The new bill came through today and the weekly amount is £14 - the same I paid on last years funnily enough. I'll pick up a new tin on Saturday
Probate was finally granted to oversee my Mother's estate, but Barclays bank are making us wait nearly 3 weeks before we can go in and speak to someone about paying all the bills and dividing up the estate between benificiaries.
My nephew has started the process of getting a mortgage to buy Mums house off me (which I can't keep/don't want) and draft contracts have been drawn up too apparently. I've no idea how hong all this house selling takes. I still can't wait to get it all over.
I hope everyone else is okay?
later

Apologies for being AWOL! I have been potting in the background and the total is looking very healthy already. I was sorting laundry this morning and found a £2 coin so that has been added to the pot.

£8 scratch card winnings and 50p in change. Why do self service tills give you 10p’s in change instead of a 50p coin? That’s my grumble for the day 😂MFiT-T7 #17 (Jan 2025) £193k (Apr) £177k (July) £

Good morning everyone,
Another bit of potting over the last few days as it has been payday. A sweep across my accounts and into the pot. Some into the holding pot for “just in case”.Sealed Pot Challenge #021 #8 975.71 #9 £881.44 #10 £961.13 #11 £782.13 #12 £741.83 #13 £2135.22 #14 £895.53 #15 £1240.40 #16 £1805.87 #17 £1820.01 declared2
