Hope you're all doing well. I've got a glorious 6p to add today. Which is better than no pennies 😇. Weirdly, I haven't found any 'road kill' for ages 🤷. Not dead animals, just the coins 🤪.

Have a good week ahead too! A lovely sunny day here. For all those who are poorly or feeling low in any way, do take great care and get well soon. Love and best wishes from us all.
Nice work in getting yourself started with your pot, Flowers. It really doesn't matter what you use for your pot, my first pot was a drinking chocolate tub, but a coffee jar, old chocolate tub; anything that can be used to cut a slit in which you can get a 50p piece through.By the way - your question shows you haven't read my 1st post on page - yet ! 😠 😉Good to see you, Money_Choices, and well done in clearly potting so very well so far!Brilliant potting LMD!!By golly Vicky, so you're saying that booking your holiday through TopCashback netted you a whole £114!! 😯 No wonder you described it as a bonanza! Excellent, I'm absolutely thrilled to bits for you!!🤗 Brilliant news also about your payday potting etc being divvied up! I've had no roadkill, meaning change - not animals - either. No doubt folk are clinging to them.£10 transferred to SPC account. Only doing half as well so far, a sign of the times the times I'm afraid. 😟Have a great week ahead everyone, starting with a super Monday!SueNB folks: Declaration date for SPC 16 is 26TH October 2023! A monthly update from #35
I’ve been throwing change in my pot (an old plant pot with masking tape over the top…) as suggested if not a fan of loads of change sitting there, I’m going to open monthly, make a little note, take change to bank, and declare when the time comes in October.
I’ve banked £35 made up of years of neglected ‘roadkill’ money in various books, crannies and mugs around the place, included and that’s including an old fiver and £11 in old £1 coins - so another reason to go to the bank, and get them paid in. There’s now a few pounds also left in the pot in loose change and I’ll look forward to counting again next month. Thanks very much Sue-UU for running this thread. An interesting and rewarding first month!6 -

I was taking one of our dogs for a walk this afternoon. I had walked a couple of streets until it was getting a bit busier. I thought to myself "Wouldn't it be great if I found some roadkill for my pot on the last day of the month." Immediately, I looked down, and there was a 20p piece
So it has been potted, along with a 5p piece I found on the floor of Waterstones last week ( the second time I've found roadkill in there this month! Bookworms must be so careless with their pennies!!)SPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76

Evening all
Just a couple of £1 coins in the tin for me today.
I did get some good news over one of Mums outstanding bills that need to be paid. BT sent their final bill. I was a little worried as Mum only re started her contract in July so was expecting to have pay for all the months unused. The bill was for 49p which is great but how much did it cost them to post a letter to tell me this?
Care home bill came through too and they were understanding in that we were going through probate, They are owed £900+ for the week Mum was with them, but it will be paid immediately one the grant is sorted.
I'm off to work in an hour, but have a nice evening allSealed Pot Challenge 15 #78
