Yes paid my rent every 6 months to the Landlord.
Since last year have been paying rent to the Landlord monthly. Always paijd rent on time and have never been in Rent Arrears.
Yes the concern is could end up having to pay rent again to the new (Bank/New Landlord) for any months have already paid rent for.
Unsure still lives at the same Address 2010. Have no Email for Landlord.

My health is really suffering.If the mortgage lender repossesses the house (there will be a lengthy process for that to happen with court hearings that you must attend), as long as you can prove you’ve paid the rent, I can’t imagine the lender making you pay rent twice.However, as others have said, you’re likely going to have to move at some point so keep looking for a new home. The lender, if they repossess won’t want to be your landlord permanently and will be legally required to sell the house, so you’d need to move out at that point. Much easier to move on your terms than having to go through all of that.2 -
