@teddyinwonderland ok firstly, don't panic with anything that DCBL or whoever they are do, its all bullying tactics to scare. Then listen to what the resident experts @Coupon-mad and @Umkomaas are telling you. I'm forever grateful to CM for her fantastic advice; it helped me no end. I'm sure @Umkomaas can predict the future, my sparring with DCBL is going exactly as they said so far!
Once you get the proper official letter of claim then the fun really starts, right folks!

I tried google but couldn't find any relevant information.
The car park was Brooklands Retail Park, port road, Cardiff, CF5 6XJ
Well, when I stick Brooklands Retail Park, port road, Cardiff, CF5 6XJ into google the very first item returned is for Completelyretail.co.uk.

Opening that webpage, at the very top I see a box with...

    JLL -
Jones Lang LaSalle - have been known to be helpful with parking issues before.

To the OP, you did get a NTK in with the SAR, surely?  Or did you appeal as admitted driver and let them off any need to serve a NTK?

    No point contacting POPLA now.

Can't find the property agents who run Brooklands Retail Park Cardiff? The first results when I Googled that place told me immediately which agent runs the site and leases out the retail units there.

And everyone wonders where Mystic Meg went after not foreseeing the heave-ho from the National Lottery!

  • As I got 2 different  “agents” I wasn’t sure if that was correct. So it is the JLL one that I have to get in touch and explain to them the issue?

Did I shoot myself in the foot with my appeal? Or there’s still chance? But surely they should send NTK after 14 days of “offence” and my appeal was  submitted after the 14 day period
@Sebi_895 isn’t this the actual proper letter of claim?

Once you've admitted to being the driver you can forget about the NtK being delivered within 14 days, there's no mileage there for you.

Just respond to the Letter of Claim as advised in the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, second post. Then await their formal court claim and deal with that when it arrives, again as per above Announcement.

Please remember the tactics to push them towards a discontinuation.

Is it still worth getting in touch with the landowner?

Always, they can kill it dead.

Completed a contact us form on their website and emailed one of the managers as their email was on the website.

Just got a reply from DCB legal as well.In case the landowner doesn’t cancel the ticket is it after  21/11/2022 that DCBL would take it to court and I’d get a proper letter from the court?

Of course; that's what it says.

But that letter shows your name.
