Pretty sure interest at 8% (Google 'court warrant interest', or a similar search).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 states that interest can be charged at 8% plus the Bank of England base rate. I don't know if the courts use the same legislation.

Proof that PPCs monitor this forum, methinks.

Are you legally required to respond to an unsolicited text from an unkown source?
If you were an unregulated private parking company known for doctoring time stamps on their photo' evidence and in the same position, you might be tempted to delete all trace of that message and deny it was ever received, then issue a warrant of control.
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

Was that a response to you warning them you were about to get a warrant of control?

    No not at all.

It came out of the blue, I'm assuming it's a result of the comments I made in my witness statement and costs schedule that was sent to them in my evidence bundle?

Yep, I guess the failed 'legal' reported back to them and mentioned it, and possibly even pointed UKPC to this thread.

Respond and tell them to pay it within seven days or you will proceed with a Warrant of Control.
