Mine from the 1st of April is still pending. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.2 -
I’ve got a ticket still pending from 30 March. They did send an email on Friday 31 March to say they were receiving a high number of requests and there will be a delay in getting a response.2

I agree, other than the points for posting a sack at a post office is no more than posting a letter bundle at my nearest post box.kerri_gt said:@Saetana i think ones are showing up for packages still due. I'm sure they'll tweak the timing eventually. I'm taking the view that as long as i know I'm up to date, that's what matters.
Had my first book today, an author I've read in the past but not really my thing now.
Activity deff seems to be ramping up in April but scanning the QC and seeing the points add up feels more rewarding than Kantar and the QC is far easier than typing the R number and RFID in. Reply this morning:NBLondon said:This package is flatter and wider than the ones Kantar used to use. so it was about 3mm too wide. I've decided not to mangle it but will drop off at the PO later. I will e-mail Spectos to suggest they change it.Thank you for informing us about this.
We have informed the concerned team to revise the packaging.
Kind regards

On the Kantar thread:
Maybe it depends on your area and how many panellists there are. The master plan says "Send 100 Small Parcels per month". My postcode sector is London SE so if there are 100 panellists we all get one a month; if yours is more rural and only has 50 panellists, you do 2 a month. And if rural areas have fewer people willing to do parcels because they have to go further to a PO, those who do will get more. Which will possibly lead to people dropping off the panel and spiralling down.Saetana said:bdark2755 said:
I’ve been with Spectos for a month now and have already had 4 sacks. Far more than I ever had with Kantar.pallyman said:The parcel situation with spectos has put me off joining as its a car journey for me so would be costing me if they kept on sending me a lot of parcels.
Complain to them and tell them they only stated one sack per month - that is too many, especially given they are much heavier than the Kantar sacks.
Could also be a temporary increase in a given area because there's been an issue.I need to think of something new here...1 -
Got 'Mother's Day on Coronation Street' book yesterday. I'm a Corrie fan so I'll look forward to reading it.
Notifications are still showing that I'm overdue to post a bundle from last October. I messaged them to tell them I was on holiday on that date, that I never received a bundle to post on that date, and that I'd informed them of my planned absence. They advised the system was facing some glitches and to just ignore the notification. Makes me think they are having quite a few hiccups to sort out. I guess some are more of a priority than others.
I'm enjoying seeing the points add up. I've already had one £25 voucher and it won't be long before my 2nd.1 -
Today, Spectos sent me two bundles of LL in the same envelope. Since they are for the same week it makes sense but of course, I only get 25 points for reporting the arrival of both. The app tells me to expect another for a date between the two - so will that be another Jiffy/DVD/mailbag?
That puts me over 2500 points for the second time since I started

Points make prizes. I am really getting a lot to post now but parcels at their rate is disappointing. Worried that if people vote with their feet those remainig will be overburdoned.NBLondon said:Today, Spectos sent me two bundles in the same envelope. Still - that puts me over 2500 for the second time since I started
