Yes, having come off a 9-month stint with Kantar. I’m just lurking here with popcorn while I watch the chaos. Sorry folks, I do feel for you, just very glad I’m on a rest period at the moment! Hoping by the time I am back on the live panel all will be sorted!Sunbird1952 said:I've just come over from Kantar and am on a rest period until November. Yay a fellow rester. When are you re-starting? It's very interesting reading all the posts. Quite intrigued by 'the book' though! We didn't have any books at Kantar.themadvix said:

My correctly delivered is like yours. I’m assuming Saturday 8th that’s filled in, is meant to be the Good Friday Bank Holiday.julest105 said:
Mine isn't working either. Also my correctly delivered survey has Friday 7th missing and Saturday 8th is filled in? Have sent tickets for both but no reply as yetGraceglow said:Has anyone heard anything back from Spectos about the issues with the UM survey? Mine is still stuck on Mon 3 April! I’m making a note of what if anything arrives after that. I don’t know what more we can do. Last time there were problems with the survey they sent out a general email.1 -
Just to give people an idea where they are with replying to messages. I got a reply this morning for a ticket I sent on 30 March.0

I imagine similar to you - have literally just finished with Kantar - was there till the bitter end!Yay a fellow rester. When are you re-starting? It's very interesting reading all the posts. Quite intrigued by 'the book' though! We didn't have any books at Kantar.Yes, it sounds interesting, especially the books. My mum is on the panel too, so I’ve had a bit of an insight through her - she was switched a while ago (also on a rest period) - although she’s had stamps from them twice since I think, including last week ‘because she wasn’t selected to send anything this month’…. Weird! 🤷🏼♀️Mortgage free 16/06/2023! £132,500 cleared in 11 years, 3 months and 7 days

I just basically asked if I could start in November as had camping trips booked for all the summer months already as Kantar usually rest me from April, they replied 'Nothing to worry about, you can start once your rest period gets over.' so will email them in October for advice.themadvix said:

I don't have a Friday (probably because of the bank holiday) but have 2 Saturdays, one awaiting data and the other one filled in.Graceglow said:

I spoke too soon - have just signed up for Correctly Delivered (which, despite all the training to the contrary, I can do when I'm on a rest period 🙄)Mortgage free 16/06/2023! £132,500 cleared in 11 years, 3 months and 7 days
