Spectos/Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel

This happened a lot over Christmas due to Spectos being late sending bundles out and 2 Bank Holidays a week apart.

I would not worry about it.
Sometimes life gets in the way.
This is what they advise to do.
JUst make sure you record the dates as posted.

I think you’ll be fine. At the end of day, it’s not as if the parcels are urgent. 

All Spectos really care about is how long it takes Royal Mail to collect and deliver the parcels. You posting 2 weeks late isn’t the end of the world.

You won’t be the first (or the last) to delay posting because of an unexpected personal issue.

I missed a posting 2 weeks ago, they automatically changed the date on the app for the same day the following week, I expect they’ll do the same once you’ve missed the 2nd time. It’s much better than when Kantar’s app continually told me it was overdue!

Has anyone heard anything back from Spectos about the issues with the UM survey? Mine is still stuck on Mon 3 April! I’m making a note of what if anything arrives after that. I don’t know what more we can do. Last time there were problems with the survey they sent out a general email.

I've had 2 now - one of which was re-used since it originally held envelopes.  Which it still does - in a corner of my home office with all the bundles standing in it (in date order).

I have the advantage of working from home so I'm in when they arrive.  Would be a bit of a pain to go to the DO and pick it up for 25 points; or find it doorstepped 3 days later.

Mine isn't working either. Also my correctly delivered survey has Friday 7th missing and Saturday 8th is filled in? Have sent tickets for both but no reply as yet

Mine is still stuck as yours is. I emailed them Tuesday morning about it, but have had no reply at all from them yet …

I think they're a bit behind with replying to messages at the moment. you're merely following the guidelines to post the same day if you can't post it on the actual date so I can hardly see they will drop you from the panel. Frankley, I think they've got a whole load of others start up things they are sorting to even worry about one incident.
