If you can't post mail which is due out today you have to do it next Monday. Unfortunately that is Easter Monday so you have to post it the Monday after that.

thanks, just can't understand why there isn't an option  to put 'don't know'. however, another letter that had a transponder to return gave me an option!. I have emailed the to see what I should do.

If you can't post mail which is due out today you have to do it next Monday. Unfortunately that is Easter Monday so you have to post it the monday after that.

For this reason I have possibly broken the rules and put a parcel from a sack in a post box! Reported correctly the box it went into. Will see if I get any feedback.

Received my first sack on Saturday morning, was quite excited initially thinking I had won something!  Groaned when I saw the sack though as have had issues from both local post offices when previously sending a sack.  One moans why I have used a sack for just 1-2 parcels whilst I just nod and agree and say its for work, and the other more friendlier PO say they can't accept it due to the expired date on the manifest.  I fed this feedback back to Kantar and they stopped sending me parcels.  

So to hear I can put parcels in a parcel box with Mailagents is very good news for me

Looks like Spectos have stopped processing RFID receipts. I don't have any points for the last 4 I have sent back.

Just posted my first sack today. Never had any with Kantar. I followed the advice on here from @Saetana and only needed to add the manifest number to the docket. Local PO took it all in their stride with no questions asked. I think it helps that there is a small industrial estate and some offices nearby so they are used to this. Still feel it is worth more than the 60p (35+25) you get for doing it though.

I posted one this afternoon - not the usual clerk and she kept the manifest rather than asking for it to be tucked into the zip tie.  So either they are changing the process or different clerks do it different ways.     Which would be useful for Spectos to know but since it's POCL not RM - they will have no control...

Yes. 35 points for each bundle posted and 10 points for each RFID returned.

Never seen them check that.   Presumably that's the date postage was pre-paid and the parcel has to be sent in a certain timeframe - but Spectos should know what this is and make packages accordingly.  Unless it's a short window and they would have to rely on getting the bags out to us quickly.

Yes - 35 points for an item and 10 points for returning the RFID.   Possibly that's when it arrives back at base rather than just because you say you posted it.
