Received my first sack on Saturday morning, was quite excited initially thinking I had won something!  Groaned when I saw the sack though as have had issues from both local post offices when previously sending a sack.  One moans why I have used a sack for just 1-2 parcels whilst I just nod and agree and say its for work, and the other more friendlier PO say they can't accept it due to the expired date on the manifest.  I fed this feedback back to Kantar and they stopped sending me parcels.

So to hear I can put parcels in a parcel box with Mailagents is very good news for me :)
My manifest was dated last week but they took it. I was out of the door pretty quick though. I think this weeks parcel were late being sent out.

Looks like Spectos have stopped processing RFID receipts. I don't have any points for the last 4 I have sent back.
I last got points for one on 27/03.
Me too. All my points are up to date for transponders returned. They are usually added to my account 3/4 days after posting back.

Out of interest, do you get points for everything you post?
You also get 35 points for recording the details of test letters received.

For test letters it’s 35 points. That’s what I’ve been getting. It says it in the link you posted.

I stand corrected. 25 points is for a bundle receipt.

I’ve had some post come while I was away, and I forgot to report it as holiday.
The app sFAQ say to put don’t know or give a date range, but the app doesn’t seem to allow for that -  it asks for a specific day with no other options.
Has anyone else come across this and got an answer from Spectos?
Hi I am in the same boat, does anyone know what we do ? mine are due to be posted today

    thanks
If you can't post mail which is due out today you have to do it next Monday. Unfortunately that is Easter Monday so you have to post it the monday after that.
For this reason I have possibly broken the rules and put a parcel from a sack in a post box! Reported correctly the box it went into. Will see if I get any feedback.
I was so sorely tempted to open the blooming sack & just post in a box.
Will be interesting to see if you get any feedbank

I was looking at it and thinking that it might be a bit wide...   Different model postboxes have different size openings - mine I think is the larger type but I'll have a look early just in case I have to nip down to the PO and drop it in the bag there.  Don't want it to arrive damaged if it is going to one of you here...

This package is flatter and wider than the ones Kantar used to use. so it was about 3mm too wide.  I've decided not to mangle it but will drop off at the PO later.  I will e-mail Spectos to suggest they change it.
I need to think of something new here...

I have the same issue with the jiffy bags they use. They don't fit easily in all the postboxes
