///I've just received another one to go out (no free books for me...)  It's the next size up of Jiffy and feels heavier,   So perhaps they are just slapping 5x 1st on all Jiffys to cover a range of size and weight.///

I agree, that's what it looks like. No free book for me yet, either. For those who've received a book, what's the title of it?
I've received two books so far, the first of which I posted the title and I asked the same question but a member pointed out to me that Spectos will probably be monitoring this thread and that by posting a book title on here, you could reveal your identity.

All I can say is that one was a fiction and one was a biography. Both of these will be heading for a charity shop. I'm hoping for a good horror book 🤣

I received my first book on Saturday - it's a thriller.  Second-hand paperback of the type you might see for 99p in a charity shop or free in a swap box somewhere.   Which will be read and then swapped.

Can't quite see that Spectos would bother to track which title was sent to/from which person.  Surely they will have bought/acquired a job lot and just sorted them into piles by size/weight.   I was originally thinking they might have acquired remaindered copies of something from a publisher so there could be 100 identical copies of something going round.

The one I have to go out later today is clearly thinner and lighter; the one I have to go out next week is bigger and heavier.  So 3 different books.
I need to think of something new here...

    Spectos are nagging me...

I'm used to the app telling me the night before a bundle is due but today at 1645 it pinged up to say they hadn't had the report yet.  They don't specify morning or afternoon so I was waiting to nip out after work.   Which is plenty of time since the postbox is 40 yards away and the last collection is at 1730.

I wonder have Spectos not clocked that some post boxes have late collections? I imagine it might be quite a rare thing, perhaps only in London or major cities? I think the latest collection time that I’ve seen on a box I use is 4.30pm but most are 9am.

I've just received my first bag to drop off at a Post Office and notice that the Docket no and Poster fields on the PPI label have not been filled in (as Kantar wanted)

Instead, Spectos seem to have stamped their postal address on the label instead.

    Has anyone else had this?

I guess reminders are sent to give people a nudge before the general last posting times, there's not much point in them sending them at 7pm for instance. There was a note that these are auto scheduled. Prob a helpful feature for some.

I’m not in a big city, last collection is 6.30pm from a post box within walking distance.
