    Same here.  All up to date as of yesterday but no points.  Can't really understand why Correctly Delivered points are added as soon as you fill in the last day but Unaddressed Mail points seem to take ages ...

    Usually the survey stays open for many days after the 5 weeks is up and normally I keep entering data until it vanishes even though I've received the points by then.
    You only enter data for weeks 1 to 3. Weeks 4 and 5 are only for the 'late' and 'not recieved' reporting of RM items. You should have completed this by the Wednesday of week 5. You get an email detailing this when you start the survey.
    ALL the pictured items had been dealt with, either received or not received, and any duplicates recorded.
    The only "data" I was still entering was the "daily item volumes" which was still being prompted for each and every day including yesterday (Sunday 9th), and appearing on the home screen with a "red cross" until answered when it became a "green tick"

    I know the app prompts you. Another bug, I guess. The app will continue to accept this info until the survey disappears.
    As they threaten you with no points if you miss any data entries I always err on the side of caution and keep on reporting until they tell me to stop!

    Still no points awarded as yet , have always had them the morning after the survey finishes in the past .
    Agree with others , this survey goes on forever compared to the Correctly 🙄

    Mine have appeared on the Monday mostly and sometimes on the Tuesday after the end of the survey. I guess some manual intervention is required but basically sums up Spectos. Nothing seems to work consistently across their systems and the info they give you can be contradicting.

    Update done. I then logged a test letter I'd just received and it asked me to scan the barcode on the stamp. 
    If you do that you get an extra 10 points which means that if you then send back the transponder you're getting 55 points in total for a stamped letter.

    Yes, they occasionally ask you to do that but unfortunately not on every letter!
