The Kantar envelopes with the RFID in them were a dead giveaway I thought, and what my OH referred to as the 'air parcels' - the cubes with no weight to them. At least now they feel like a parcel.LD 12.25 £1600.00/£0700.00 Fn £274.00 LTFn £525 LLTFn £300

Slightly off topic but hardly worth starting a new thread for - is anyone else finding that the majority of post with traditional type stamps isn't being franked these days? If I actually sent any mail and didn't have a hoard of freebie stamps I might be tempted to see if they could be reused ...

I'm guessing the barcodes are being scanned and they would be recognised by the machines somehow. I'm using up old special non-barcoded stamps and last time I used my home post office (I normally post on my lunch at work) they franked over each stamp before putting the envelope in the bag. I'm not sure whether the ones I've dropped off at work have been franked before being delivered but guessing most post is now using barcoded stamps.MikeyPGT said:Slightly off topic but hardly worth starting a new thread for - is anyone else finding that the majority of post with traditional type stamps isn't being franked these days? My invite was in this afternoon - to restart at the end of March. No idea why not start of March but we'll see.NBLondon said:This doesn't bode well... My rest period ended on Boxing Day and I was expecting to restart in January. Good news. I think the wait is to allow you to book holidays and maybe turn them down. Maybe they are getting organised.NBLondon said:

Presumably someone in your area will go on their rest period then, and you'll take their place? They must have a certain number of spaces per sorting office/delivery office.NBLondon said:

"As you are aware you are currently on your rest period and can not be invited back just yet until the six months is passed.
Once your rest period is over, you will move into the ready status, meaning we will be able to invite you back once a space is available in your postcode area."
So I'm guessing amber means you've finished your rest period but there are no spaces available in your area. If you're staying on red longer than 6 months there may be an issue.

Yep - the app currently shows me as Amber
"You have finished your rest period. Once the space becomes available, you will be invited to send and receive test items. While waiting, you will be invited to participate in CDM and UM surveys"
I've got the invite and accepted it so I assume it will go green again when the cycle starts next month.I need to think of something new here...0 -
Not sure about that. I stayed Amber for a few weeks after getting the invite and accepted it. It only changed to green earlier this week when they confirmed my restart and the due dates for the first bundles showed on my app.NBLondon said:Yep - the app currently shows me as Amber

Do you remember what the start date was on the invite? I think it should go green then and you should start receiving information about packages shortly after.NBLondon said:Yep - the app currently shows me as Amber
