I'm doing UA and yesterday I got both of the expected items - twice.  First time I've had to log that, even better, one has a money-off voucher.
I need to think of something new here...

Interesting one this morning, received a parcel that had clearly been opened and resealed. I’m guessing the sender either wanted to make the parcel smaller to fit in a postbox or they wanted to check the contents for anything valuable or sellable.

@Snozzle - I contacted Royal Mail, and asked at two of my local post offices, whether it was still possible to pay for signed for postage partly in stamps and topping up the difference.  All sources confirm this is possible so I think you were incorrectly advised.  Hope that helps.

Hi, thanks that's very interesting. I'm not sure what I can do to persuade the post person otherwise as it's only the same person in the post office. If they are ill it doesn't open.....  I guess my only option would be to do a 10 mile round trip to the next post office and try there.... But the queues are so long there that people are driving to our village post office..... I think I'll try one more time. Thanks again.

    Same here.
UA survey no longer there this morning and no points awarded.
Sadly I never entered yesterday's 0 total - would have done it this morning.

Usually the survey stays open for many days after the 5 weeks is up and normally I keep entering data until it vanishes even though I've received the points by then.

Yes , they did say not to add anything after the 9/02/25 as informed would no longer be collected, never had it disappear so fast though without giving the points , double checked I had entered everything yesterday so no reason for not allocating points .
    Suspect they will appear today

You only enter data for weeks 1 to 3. Weeks 4 and 5 are only for the 'late' and 'not recieved' reporting of RM items. You should have completed this by the Wednesday of week 5. You get an email detailing this when you start the survey.

ALL the pictured items had been dealt with, either received or not received, and any duplicates recorded.
The only "data" I was still entering was the "daily item volumes" which was still being prompted for each and every day including yesterday (Sunday 9th), and appearing on the home screen with a "red cross" until answered when it became a "green tick"
