I’ve just had queries on 4 items I received on 14.01.25. Query said they weren’t in system after 10.01.25. I definitely received them on 14th. What does it mean? Anyone else had this?

It probably means they had passed through all their sensors or whatever they use then sat in a bag somewhere waiting for the postie to get round to doing something with them.   Just reply saying you are sure of the date. I've had it once or twice for odd letters, similar message.

I agree, even though I was only with Kantar for a short time. Spectos seem to be operating on a shoestring. Not a lot of joined up thinking sometimes.

I don’t get why people have a downer on Spectos. We get points and vouchers which never happened with Kantar.

not sure whether it's a royal mail thing or a spectos thing but I just got 10 points for returning an RFID that I sent in June 😮

I've been on my rest break since June. I'm back on panel from Feb which I'm happy about.

I wasn't with kantar so have nothing to compare to but I haven't any complaints.

So I’ve been back on the panel for 2 weeks, been sent my starting stamps and a special pack. First item not due to arrive at me for 3 weeks! So won’t be earning many points at all in the first month.

We got all those Love2Shop vouchers, remember?  £2 per parcel posted; monthly £10 draws etc.
I need to think of something new here...

I'm wondering when people are using their stamps...... I've just been to the post office to send a letter 1st class signed for putting a 1st class large stamp on it and having money to pay the difference so the post office at least makes a little from me.  Only for the post person to say that if I want to send anything either Tracked or Signed for, the only way is by buying the postage online or prepay for it at the post office and they print a label (paying the full amount).  No stamps can now be used.  I was advised to go home and remove the 1st class large stamp and put on a simple 1st class stamp and get a proof of posting.

They were also saying that I can't send parcels anymore by putting on some of the large 1st class stamps and paying the difference for the same reason that they can no longer enter a prepaid amount for the stamps.  Has anyone else come across this?

Looks like I can only use the 1st class stamps to send letters and large letters.

Beginning to think the stamps we are being issued are soon going to be worthless as everything is being moved online (unless we can eventually cash them in and create a credit balance on a post office online account??
