I have been waiting over 8 months to get back onto the posting panel and I only need 60 points for my voucher, I didn't have to wait this long before on Kantar !!1

The app gives you an indication of when your rest period ends but not when you are back on the panel.
They did say in a newsletter about mobile verification dated 17/05/24 that 'This will show that you are a high-performing panellist, and give you a better chance of returning to the live panel more quickly after your rest period comes to an end.' For the past few days I have been unable to log into my account I enter the username and password then nothing happens. I have emailed Mailagents and got no reply and tried phoning but it goes to voicemail. I am to start correctly delivered next week and awaiting going back on panel after rest. Does anyone have any idea what i should now do?

I need to send one of the bags containing parcels today. Can't see anywhere what I'm supposed to put on the parcel tag on the bag. I remember it used to be some of the details from the manifest but none of the info looks like the name on the tag. I've emailed but waiting to hear back.
