I also responded No to the collection survey. Rather not be tied into waiting for the postie all day. So random round here when they show up. Just like when your expecting a parcel delivery. Wait in all day for them not to show up.

Yes, that is a bug introduced in the last update, along with incorrectly showing no outstanding notifications on the homepage.

Yes, I have the same 2 errors.

Anyone else having problems with the app?  It froze for me so I restarted my phone - now seem to be logged out and can't do a password change...

Hey everyone - apologies if this has been asked before.

I've received my first mailbag and I'm supposed to post it today. It came with a red PPI tag and sales order summary, but the "Docket no." and "Poster" sections of the tag are blank. Am I supposed to write in my address and order number there?

No need to write anything on the red tag.
Just hand over the mailbag & the sales order summary. The post office will keep the sales order summary sheet.
