Can someone remind me of the correctly delivered survey , do I include mail sent from Spectos , posting packs , test items etc ?

No. As part of the survey, every day you are asked to tick a box that you understand not to include Spectos items.

Thank you , can see not to include doorstepped or theft risk for survey items but nothing stated on the first page for items delivered by royal mail on the day .
Tried to look at the guidelines but can't find anything

I include all mail received on the first page. There is nothing to say otherwise. Things are different for the second page though. I think Kantar wanted survey items excluded from all recording.

I hope you marked them as not received as soon as the app allowed it.

I'm at the same stage but did receive one if them. It was actually a useful one too with vouchers for the local pub! Never got the IKEA catalogue though - not had that for years.

You will never receive some of the items. They are put in to test the quality of your entries.

Good. I think this was the main reason people were not paid in the past.
