Only if value though if you can get rid of the blasted things. Mine are accumulating because no one write letters anymore and no one wants to buy them even at a cheap rate.
relative who has a business and I was hoping to offload some into uses the franking system

Dealers might still take them but at a heavy discount.  I've used this guy in the past https://www.philatelink.co.uk/buying--stamps-prices-4-w.asp

I need to think of something new here...

Just coming up to completing the 5 weeks on the UA survey and never received any listed items.  Also have not received the points as yet.
  • On the home screen does the unaddressed mail have a red cross?  It usually turns to a green tick if all data has been completed. I wouldn't worry about not receiving any of the items, as these seem to be area specific.

Mine does too. I have completed the 3 weeks reporting though. I assume it is another bug. Hoping to get paid tomorrow or Tuesday.

  • Hi,
anyone knows how to post the mail bag with parcels at the post office? I mean a step by step instruction for the PO worker, what to press on the screen etc. My local PO is useless (tiny branch with 1 counter and only 1 person working there), they refused to take the mail bag in the past because they didn't know what to do. I don't fancy traveling 3 miles (don't drive) to the another PO and there's no parcel box nearby either.
If I can give them idiot-proof instructions, they will hopefully accept the bag. I have one to post tomorrow.
    Thanks!

No. It's not your job to train PO staff. Kantar asked us to report such issues but not sure whether Spectos are interested. Luckily mine has a long time ex PO staff member working there but even the supermarket staff can handle it.

It might not be our job to train them but it's in our/my interest to show them. If there's a way for me to send the mail bag from this PO, it will make my life a lot easier. I don't fancy traveling 3 miles (no car) if there's a simple way to get round it - ie tell the PO person how to accept the bag. I will be using this PO for every mail bag I have to post so this issue will keep repeating.

I've seen the step by step guide on this forum before but can't find it now (too many posts to go through), so someone on here knows...

I don't remember seeing them on this forum but I'm sure from the Kantar days that the instructions were printed on the manifest sheet

They used to be, but I don’t think they are on the Spectos one because I’ve had this problem as well.
Luckily, I had a helpful post office person who said “leave it with me and I’ll find out. “

I have just taken them into the post office with the paperwork Spectos send, they have just scanned the paper and that was it. One I took to a different Post Office some time ago did not know what to do with it but she said the van driver that collected it would know and she had it off me.
