Don't know if this will help but you need to tell them that it is the DROP & GO service you are using
What is Drop & Go?
If you send parcels and other mail items often, the Post Office Drop & Go service lets you drop them off in branch and go. No waiting at the counter, scanning, weighing or adding postage labels.
Send items via Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide from any Post Office that offers Drop & Go. You can also choose DPD and Evri delivery services from selected branches that offer Drop & Go. Use branch finder to find your local branches which offer these services.
We’ll process your items the same day and charge your prepaid account, which you can manage online. Set up yours free today and start using it right away.
Obviously reading this you need to check that the PO you want to use actually has this service !

It might not be our job to train them but it's in our/my interest to show them. If there's a way for me to send the mail bag from this PO, it will make my life a lot easier. I don't fancy traveling 3 miles (no car) if there's a simple way to get round it - ie tell the PO person how to accept the bag. I will be using this PO for every mail bag I have to post so this issue will keep repeating.HonestJohn said:
No. It's not your job to train PO staff. Kantar asked us to report such issues but not sure whether Spectos are interested. Luckily mine has a long time ex PO staff member working there but even the supermarket staff can handle it.Yorkie006 said:Hi,
anyone knows how to post the mail bag with parcels at the post office? I mean a step by step instruction for the PO worker, what to press on the screen etc. My local PO is useless (tiny branch with 1 counter and only 1 person working there), they refused to take the mail bag in the past because they didn't know what to do. I don't fancy traveling 3 miles (don't drive) to the another PO and there's no parcel box nearby either.
If I can give them idiot-proof instructions, they will hopefully accept the bag. I have one to post tomorrow.
Thanks!
I've seen the step by step guide on this forum before but can't find it now (too many posts to go through), so someone on here knows...Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0 -
That’s only if you are going to post them in a parcel post box. If going to the post office, they stay in the bag.chanz4 said:

It's a pity the op never told us how they got on as their posting date has passed.Money_Grabber13579 said:

I've upgraded the Android app to the new version (v1.10.0) which includes a new box stating the number of pending queries you have.
Mine says I have 1 query, even though I don't have any.
Is anyone else finding the same?0 -
