I had an email about something I apparently received in February! Not sure what response they expect, other than 'I can't recall'!

Just got an email telling me about V1.9.0 with new features:

Instant Newsfeed Great news, we have now launched an instant newsfeed section on your app. It will only appear when we have some important news to inform you of. This will let you know topics such as current issues we are facing, app releases, newsletter launches and much more. We want this new function to be one where we are able to let our Mailagents know of important information quickly and efficiently.

That's showing and seems to be working.

Clustering Prompt A rule we ask our Mailagents to follow is when posting bundles to never post more than 2 bundles on one day. When this happens we refer to this as clustering. If you attempt to post more than 2 bundles per day once the app release is up and running you will receive a prompt letting you know that you are at risk of clustering and to leave that bundle to be posted on a different day. This is important to follow so we do not overload the posting locations with too many test items in one day, always ensuring the integrity of the items. Please only post a maximum of 2 bundles per day.

Why would this ever happen? Only if you've missed a posting date two weeks in a row.

Mailagent Status We understand that as a Mailagent it is important to know where you are in the process of the panel. We have had many requests asking when it’s time to return to the panel or when a break is coming. You asked, we listened In the new app release you will be able to see your current status on the panel. At the top of your app when you log in you will see a coloured dot. These will signify your status type on the panel and if you are in active or rest it will let you know how many days you have left in this status. Green = Active Amber = Ready Red = Rest We hope this helps make it clearer as to where you are in the panel cycle.

OK - I'm red which is correct

Returning to the survey We are now inviting mailagents for their return to the measurement. You will only have a short amount of time to accept the invitations, so please keep your eyes peeled if you are in the Ready phase (Amber) on your inbox to the survey invitation link. If you accept the invitation, a few days later you will receive a further account check questionnaire. This is mandatory and needs to be completed for your place to be secured on the survey start date. We look forward to welcoming you all back when spaces become available in your area.

I wonder if this means instead of an email? So once you know you are Amber do you log in every day to see if they are ready to restart you and if you miss - you lose a cycle?

I've been 'ready' since 12 February having been 'resting' since last August!  I have contacted them and they say they are still waiting for spaces, but think I may have fallen into a coma ...

What colour is your status icon in the app? If you click on it it gives you a day count.

That is only if you are active or resting.  We in the amber ready group don't get a day count.

I’m currently active  & have got a green circle 🟢 
When I click on it I get another pop up msg but not a day count.

I'm resting and have a red circle which then gives a pop up to say I have about 73 days left of resting

Mine says 128 days - which takes me to 28th Dec - just in time to miss the Christmas bonuses.
