You just use your log in details to log in in your new phone.

I did re problems with my points and sorted out straight away. However this a long while ago.

Just had a query about some parcels where I had “something for you” cards left.
Apparently, I should’ve been recording the attempted first delivery  date, not the date which I actually managed to get hold of the parcel. 

That was news to me, so letting other people know as well.

I updated to 1.9.0 - even though I'm resting and the home screen now only shows me Point History and Quizzes.  Which I guess is correct if I'm resting - there needn't be anything else until I start a UA or CD - I don't have any packages due.

I also got 2 queries about items from March which apparently haven't been recorded on their way through Royal Mail.  Well, I've shredded my paperwork after three months so I'm just going to declare that I was correct.

I have just got questions on March items as well. I wonder is it part of a test to see what we say? Were the items even real items? Perhaps I’m too cynical for my own good!

I said I couldn’t be sure (after all that time). If they wanted me to be sure, they should have asked sooner.

Hi I have just received the same message about 2 March Letters....do you think there is a glitch? mine is asking about the 6 & 20th March. I no longer have them either, how long are we supposed to keep them for?
