Unless it was omitted from the posting pack in error - do you think that's possible? If that's the case, I would hope that I'd notice it missing on receipt of the posting pack, but clearly I didn't.
Anyway, after pondering about what I should do, I went ahead and posted the sack but can't report its dispatch. Any advice please? TIA. x1 -

Thank you very much, I've found out how to enter the code manually. The only problem I have now is a message saying I'm not close enough to the posting location for it to be mobile verified.0

Thank you Graceglow, that would’ve been great but I got a message saying something about not being mobile verified and asking if I was happy to proceed, and I clicked Yes, should’ve waited for further help from here.
