Weird one yesterday - had a parcel left by the postman in my safe place, but it had no postage on it whatsoever.  Really surprised they delivered it instead of sending me a card to pay the postage.  Had to report it under the Other section for postage.  This was a stack of CDs, first time for that.

But when you sign up to the panel, you know, you might have to be using post offices. It’s not  their fault that yours is in such a distance away.
I have had parcels to post on Saturday with Kantar.
They know exactly where my nearest Post Office is!
So did you when you signed up. Parcels have always been part of the deal, as have Saturday postings, with both Spectos and Kantar.
Are you saying they should have checked where the nearest post office was and then rejected your application?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
  • ///While I agree that 35 points is not much for pudding a sack/parcel, let's remember that Spectos do pay for receiving/sending other items and RFIDs - none of which Kantar used to do.///

Perhaps pay less for other tasks, to make posting parcels worthwhile? Just a thought.

I suspect most are happier to get something for each activity rather than nothing/less for most and more for the (relatively) less frequent parcels..

I certainly am - it means its more rewarding overall even with the this issue and getting £3/survey rather than £5 before.

During covid and immediately afterwards, you could elect not to post parcels.

If they had checked, they would of found there was a post office in walking distance. Unfortunately that has now closed down. As for posting parcels with Kantar, the 6 years I was doing that I would never have more than 1 parcel a month. With this lot I am sometimes getting 3 lots a week. That I think is a big ask, especially when I'm officially rested.

You should complain about that - its supposed to be 1-2 parcels per month only.

I’ve got 3 parcel sacks this month and all to be sent after my stint has finished!

  • I too have had 3 sacks to post this month. 2 already posted and 1 to post on 30th.

The correctly delivered invite that I accepted for last week has just just popped up on the app to start yesterday for this week and next week, just in case anyone else wondered where it had  got to.
