Spectos/Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel

Thanks for responding @XDA and @silvercar. That's what I thought. What is confusing me is that I was used to, and fine with, Kantar's approach of possibly receiving items in the few weeks after entering a resting period, but there was never an expectation to send items once resting. That sounds like a bit of a p*ss take to me - if they're getting 2-3 weeks of 'free' (i.e. no monthly stamps - I get there are points awarded for each task) posting out of every resting panellist that's quite a chunk of under-compensated work isn't it? As several people have said, it looks like swings and roundabouts on the rewards so I'll have to see how it works out overall for me. This is, however, currently entirely hypothetical - now 6 weeks since I had my welcome back email and no sign of anything. The CD / UA invites have stopped though so something has obviously changed with my account status.

I have actually been receiving more items since I've been "resting" than I was in the three weeks prior to me receiving the resting email. Not particularly bothered though as still getting points for them, plus have had invites to both the unaddressed and correctly delivered surveys for September. I have only had one posting pack so far, unfortunately its a mangy sack, and hoping that will be it for actual posting.

I bundled some of their books back up, addressed it to Freepost Spectos and took it to my local PO to hand in, the man behind the counter hadn't a clue and had never heard of Freepost services before!

My small post office has a box that fits parcels of that size - first time I tried to hand it over the counter and she said just to chuck it in the box. Pretty amazing that someone in a post office had never heard of Freepost though, its been around for donkey's years.

I transferred over from Kantar but have been resting and only just reached 2500 points. I've redeemed my voucher but the site only seems to have limited options for the UK, although on the app it shows Tesco, Ticketmaster and TK Maxx I can't see these on the website. Am I missing something? Bit disappointed as the only thing I'd really use is Amazon.0

Back from my holidays and the invite to UA for September was in the e-mail. So my worry about having declined 2 in a row was unfounded. Maybe this time, I'll actually get some of the expected stuff.I need to think of something new here...0
