Apologies if this has been asked previously, I’m a total newbie here so any help would be much appreciated. I signed up a few days back, received my sign up letter in the post today, I’ve downloaded the app, registered and completed the three quizzes. Can I ask what happens next? Am I now enrolled and will start to receive stuff in the post or is there something else I need to sign up to? Thanks in advance for any pointers!
I signed up and completed the quizes at the end of March and got invited to do the Correctly Delivered Mail survey in mid April.  Currently doing the Unaddressed Mail survey.  Have had a few transponders to return, but no mailings out as yet ...

Came back from holiday today to 2 parcels of books that a neighbour had taken in. I gave them over 2 months notice of my holiday so there is no excuse.

They really need to get their act together

Does anyone know if there's a weight limit to a parcel of books to be returned to Spectos? I recently sent back 20 books in one parcel, the parcel was too heavy for my kitchen scales.

Based on the below, I don't think there is a weight limit as such.

Carefully cut the top off the plastic packaging that the books come in, then turn the package inside out. Place the two books in side by side rather than on top of each other. Wrap the sides tight then turn over and seal the ends with tape giving a fairly firm parcel. Pop on an address label and pop it into the letterbox when next packing.

Saves having to store the books and makes posting back easy.

Have just had an invitation for an Unaddressed Mail Survey starting 29 May, however I am currently doing an Unaddressed Mail Survey that started on 8 May.  Foolishly I have agreed to the new survey, but just realised that there is going to be a two week overlap!  None of the scheduled Unaddressed Mail has turned up so far but should I flag the overlap up with Spectos or just trouser the 300 points if they don't work it out themselves?

If it was me, I’d say nothing…

Whilst it is described as a 5 week survey, in reality, it’s only 3 weeks as the final 2 weeks are just a catch up period in case anything is delivered late. So there won’t be an overlap as such, unless any stuff that was supposed to be delivered in the 3 weeks from 8 May gets delivered from 29 May onwards.

Just a bit worried that they are showing I should have received 4 leaflets and as of today I have received a big fat 0!

Over the last three weeks I have returned quite a lot of transponders but I have only been credited points for three of them. I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.

Mine are being creditted as soon as I acknowledge them - sometimes even before!
