I have posting dates for May 25, Jun 1, 9 and 27 (the last one are parcels that were supposed to be sent on Tuesday this week but I couldn't send it as the parcel box was out of order - the handle wouldn't move). I've been with Spectos since about October/November, I joined just as I was about to go on the 6 month break with Kantar. Any idea when my break period's supposed to start? I'm getting a bit tired of doing the surveys for pretty much a year non stop (and the whole parcel sage doesn't help).

Me too - the posting dates for June have just appeared in the app for me and June will be my 9th month (started end Sep).    The first 3 months were test running and the second (Jan to Mar) were parallel running so I don't know if they are counting the six months from January or from March.  Or maybe haven't even worked it out yet...

If they started again from March I'll have done a full year - which is OK, but I'll chase them for the extra presentation pack.    I'd rather be live from autumn to spring though - to get the Christmas bonus.
I need to think of something new here...

Today I received a card saying there's a £2.50 fee to pay :( This seems to have happened to a few people now in this thread.
Still waiting, a week now, for any response to the ticket & email I've raised about how to register item and reimbursement of "costs"

Have received other items from the same PO Box return address during the past week, they have been franked correctly.

Anyone noticed how transparent the larger envelopes are - holding them up I can read details off the contents

I had this and have had a ticket in with them for more than a week now after attaching the photos they requested and asking for the 250 points in recompense they said they’d give me for the £2.50 stamps I supplied to get it delivered. Quick to respond they are not!

I have given up on them answering tickets TBH.

I raised a ticket on something that I would say was a tad complicated and probably needed clarification on the 15/4/23. It got resolved on the 11/5/23. So it’s probably best to be patient a little longer.  They are definitely answering all the tickets, some seem to take a little longer the others.

Does anyone know how many stamps we are supposed to receive each month? I got none for April and when i queried it I was told both sets would be sent this week.  I got some today but it says they are for May. I can’t remember what I received the previous months but I’m pretty sure this is only one months worth.

I got my stamps today in my posting pack for next week. As with Kantar, we get 12 normal first class and 4 large letter stamps each month.

Took a bag to the post office and as the usual person wasn’t there they refused to accept it because they didn’t know what to do with it. I ended up having to take them out the bag and traipse to a parcel box instead.
I do wish Spectos would put proper instructions on.

I already had April’s, but I’ve now had them again alongside May.
They came on their own with an explanatory slip as opposed to being in a posting package which is how they are normally sent.

They are set up as per a normal bag / parcel posting. That is a RM training issue not a Spectos problem is the PO doesn't know what to do with it. It's a shame there isn't an option to report that given that this whole survey panel is about service levels.

I don't seem to have any items to post after end of May - anyone else got June dates up yet? Just wondering if I'm being mothballed for a rest period shortly.
I’ve got one showing for June 26!

EDIT - have just realised that they have rescheduled the letter I should have posted yesterday. I was going to post it next Monday but for some reason, they seem to want me to hold onto it for over a month…
I noticed that if you miss one they do schedule it in the list for a month or so's time. But I have been following the general guidance of posting it on the same day the next week instead of what the schedule says.
