I think June may be my 6th month, not really sure tbh, but like you, I'm happy to carry on. The stamps are as are the points (which i much prefer vs Kantar prize points) I'm lucky to have several post boxes around that I can easily get to. Even dreaded parcels / sacks aren't so much of a faff to take to the sorting office.

Does anyone know how many stamps we are supposed to receive each month? I got none for April and when i queried it I was told both sets would be sent this week.  I got some today but it says they are for May. I can’t remember what I received the previous months but I’m pretty sure this is only one months worth.

I have posting dates for May 25, Jun 1, 9 and 27 (the last one are parcels that were supposed to be sent on Tuesday this week but I couldn't send it as the parcel box was out of order - the handle wouldn't move). I've been with Spectos since about October/November, I joined just as I was about to go on the 6 month break with Kantar. Any idea when my break period's supposed to start? I'm getting a bit tired of doing the surveys for pretty much a year non stop (and the whole parcel sage doesn't help).
Someone mentioned posting parcels in normal post boxes, unfortunately every parcel I had to post so far was the size of a shoebox so no chance of it fitting...

PS: They finally got the UA leaflet pics in the app working.

@Mystic_Mac you get 12x 1st class and 4x 1st large letter stamp per month.

One more question - a few weeks ago I had 2 parcels to post. The parcel box was full so I only managed to post 1. I recorded that through the app. I still have the remaining parcel at home. I was thinking of sending a week later (like you would if you completely missed a posting) but realised the app won't let me record the sending as the bundle ID has already been recorded as posted. I raised a ticket via the app on 4/5/23, it's showing as 'resolved' in the ticket list but I haven't received an answer. Looks like someone just closed the ticket without answering... I'm just thinking of dropping it off with the other parcels and sending them a message it was sent, I just can't be bothered to spend any more time dealing with their more or less useless customer support.

I received a posting package today with one bundle of 3 letters, plus my May stamps. The "posting plan" letter enclosed with it only shows one bundle id, but when I reported receipt, it said I should have received 2 bundles. Are they counting the stamps as a bundle now?

I've had that before. I received a letter to post and then a few days later 2 parcels, same bundle ID though. I only noticed when I tried to record the receipt of the parcels and the app said the ID was already recorded as received. I had to go through the log to realise how it happened, no idea why they do it like this, would make more sense to have 2 separate ID numbers for each item they send out.
You'll probably get a parcel in a few days...

We’re supposed to receive 12 first class letter (purple ones) & 4 first class large letter (pale blue).

I too didn’t receive any in April & have received an email response to my ticket advising April & May are being sent together. Not received yet, but I’m expecting 24 first class & 8 large letter first class stamps.

I received a set of stamps (12+4) this week. Don't remember if I got any last month... I should probably start writing it down...

Me too. Got the same email response but still waiting for April & May to arrive together. 

I haven’t posted any bundles yet so they usually arrive in an individual envelope with a memo slip clearly stating which month they are for.

I keep the memo slip that’s enclosed with the stamps. Definitely haven’t received any for April.
