Yes, I returned 9 (I think) 2 weeks ago and seemed to get 10 points last week and 20 this week, so that will be 6 I’ve still got nothing for.Gail333 said:Over the last three weeks I have returned quite a lot of transponders but I have only been credited points for three of them. How long does it take for the vouchers to come through? I requested one this morning but haven’t had an email yet. The points were deducted straight away. I’ve been checking my spam/junk folder as well.0

Usually very quick. I have always cashed my voucher after about 15 mins without question and I have done 3 now.bdark2755 said:How long does it take for the vouchers to come through? Thanks, getting slightly concerned now. I wanted to spend that at Argos today, wish I’d done it yesterday!HonestJohn said:

Just received the monthly newsletter from Spectos - we all need to take note of this bit:"Mailbag parcels
When you receive mailbag parcels, please take them to a Post Office or Delivery Office with the Sales Order Summary, keeping them in the bag at all times. Please note you will only be able to post these items if you leave them in the bag they were sent with and post them in a Post Office or Delivery Office otherwise they may be refused.
If you have a Parcel Postbox nearby, please feel free to use it. To do so please remove the items from the mailbag. You will then need to dispose of the Sales Order Summary confidentially. You can either dispose of the mailbag or take them to a delivery office for reuse."So basically it sounds like we cannot take the items out and post them in a normal postbox, only a parcel postbox - I believe someone asked Spectos about this and was told differently.2020 Wins:

I requested an Amazon voucher an hour or two ago and it has just appeared in my inbox.- maybe the processing time depends on the company.

I get 35 points for recording receipt and then another 10 added randomly sometimes before and sometimes after I've sent them back according to the codes givenHonestJohn said:

But that only says you must keep them in the bag if your are taking to the post office or delivery office. A post box is not either of those things and is much more akin to a parcel post box, so when Spectos refer to parcel post boxes, that will include regular post boxes (if the item fits).Saetana said:Just received the monthly newsletter from Spectos - we all need to take note of this bit:"Mailbag parcels

This is what Spectos said to me:Regarding the parcels, you can post them in the regular postbox if they are small enough to go through the letter slot.Given that they definitely won’t fit in a regular post box if they are left in the bag, the clear inference is that they are to be taken out of the bag if they are to be posted in a parcel box or regular post box but not if they are to be posted in a post office or delivery office.
