The RFID readers are in the sorting offices. It should get read the day you post it. Maybe they will also add to the app to confirm posting so you will get the 10 points automativally.
There is a difference in the way Spectos treat RFID returns. I think this might be to get extra data for RM. All are returned individually. The envelope is not foil lined otherwise they could not track it's journey to you. It is already in a return envelope when you receive it. This envelope is also used for many journeys by the state of some I have received.

Agreed. I'm sure they will regret offering 10p for RFID return when they get all the grief from panelists. If they included RFID returns in the app they could see what time the box was emptied.

Is that the Spectos or Kantar panel? I’m assuming Kantar - still no sign of an invite here. Maybe that’s because I’ve signed up to Spectos.

Do they realise we’re more than half way through November already?

I hope it means they will send the (overdue) October stamps straightaway and then every month from November we get the following month's batch i.e. December stamps in last week of November.

No mention of when the Presentation Pack is due though...  Bet it won't be until January when they do the parallel running.

I’ve been in touch with Spectos regarding parcels. They should be starting soon. Good news is that they will not be using cubes! I contacted them outlining the issues we’ve all been moaning about and they seemed quite shocked about the set up. I mentioned my particular concerns regarding their lightness and using parcel boxes. They gave me an idea of their plans which I don’t think I can go into too much detail but I think most of us will be much happier.

Yesterday (23rd) I got a Spectos sending pack with two bundles due out on 14th and 19th.  I don't think I've sent out a single one on time yet!   So I'm glad that I scan to show when it arrived with me and prove it's RM delaying things not me forgetting.

Whereas my Kantar posting packs are arriving fine.  Which makes me wonder...  Kantar packs arrive in a mailing bag, franked as business post; Spectos in an envelope with a stamp.  Could it be that they are being sorted differently by RM; or is there some unofficial prioritising going on?  Which could be a side-effect of the strikes or a local issue...  and is that local to me (South London) or the senders (West Midlands)?
