Hi i would tell you but i carnt even spell it so at the cost of you abuseing me further then i wont even try, and as for what you said about direct parcel delivery, i have sent them a link so its up to them and as far as i know about once you said something its a bit late to take it back or try to say you ment something else,it seams to me that you and all your posts wont be here for long....
Dont get me wrong i have nothing against you but what i have allready said, which is only the truth of what i have read from you i carnt see the bad comments about direct parcel delivery that you seam to think are so bad, that are in this forum (aprt from the ones about them closing)0 -
they close with out notice
they have a significantly higher than normal rate of failed collections
they continually use this thread as one big billboard
they send through labels which have to be-resized so they can be printed
they have how many customers on this thread who recommend them?
'carnt' produce tracking numbers
don't have automated booking
bookings cannot be tracked from their website like almost every other booking agent
have a poor website
didn't/don't provide booking confirmation
have very dubious customer service (as this thread testifies)0 -
...and the irony of it all is that if you didn't treat this place as the bill board that you do, you wouldn't of antagonised so many people and you wouldn't be having to deal with the level of bad press you currently get.0

Carnt answer everything, but here goes.
didnt close for account holders.
dont know what they do in this thead but find it hard to belie they are everyone you think they are.
they dont send me labels that need to be resized that was one post, what if that was just one customer who was wrong or not pc able?
my parcels track just fine through there website.
i agree poor website.
they do provide booking confirmation one email after booking,and if they dont what about these labels that need resizing???
as for customer service they answer the phone 24 7, what more could you ask for?0 -

i some times get an email from tnt direct with my con note or get an email from parcelforce with a tracking number,all down to which service i use i guess. either way the parcels get collected and delivered,as promised0

oh and if something goes wrong they do the delivery for free,

How many parcels do you send with, yourself then?
Do you have a online DPD gift shop? Where do you retail through?0
