Coventry BS - what's the recent application process like?

Not good to hear, I've had no issues so far as I've done everything online and not needed to ever call them.. After closing an account and opening a new one, I received confirmation of account closing and opening via post within a couple of days so from that aspect things seem ok, it looks like if you have to actually contact them, that's where it goes down hill? I have a regular saver ending next month of which I plan to close and transfer the money so hopefully will again be smooth transaction as all be done online.

With my own accounts with Coventry , Ive found them great , particularly if you have a problem . ,but although I opened a limited isa and did a transfer in from Aldermore with no bother , for myself last night,, when my OH (also a member) tried to log in to do the same both last night and tonight , he got through the username, the password and then the tel security call - but then on both occasions got put through to a 'this page is not available . . So perhaps a bit hit and miss for some people .0

Calling the Coventry, started at 102 in the queue. Maybe busy with ISA questions, hope they can deal with the applications in a timely manner (for those that apply).
I have never knowingly been so far back in a queue 😂Yeah, cheers but nah, I will stick with yes, thank you and no.
Thank you.2 -

I had already opened new fixed ISA on line, but it wouldn't let me transfer another fixed Coventry ISA into the new fixed ISA. Presumably because of the penalty involved. A very efficient man on the phone did it in a couple of minutes and it showed up on line immediately.3 -
Open the isa online then call them if it won’t let you transfer your old fixed isa to the new one1
