Please help. Parking fine going to court

Please help. I am being taken to small claims court in a couple of weeks by Gladstone’s. I used the template defence found on this site and they are still pursuing me. I have just had correspondents that they will not be sending a representative (see attached). This was all for parking over a white line in an empty car park at 9pm! I would welcome any advice. Thank you I’m advance.

    It is not a fine.
What is the name of the PPC please? UKPC perhaps?

Plan A is always to complain to the landowner and your MP, and it is never too late to do so.

Have you produced a witness statement and evidence yet? If not you need to get on with it. I presume you have completed the N180 and the hearing is to be held in your local court. Please confirm.
Normally when that happens you are given a date, usually 14 days before the hearing, by which time you must supply the court and the claimant with your WS and evidence.

Where and when did the alleged event occur? It may have cropped up here before. Have you taken photos of the site and signage yet?
I married my cousin. I had to...

Do you have a court date yet?  Have you received a Notice of Allocation?  If so, anywhere on that notice that told you by what date you had to supply your witness statement and evidence?  Have you supplied that yet?  There is nothing attached and you won't be able to until you have some more posts and time under your belt but don't worry we have seen those letters before and it just means they will send a rent-by-the-hour solicitor.

Show us your draft witness statement that you have to file & serve well before the hearing.  Usually your court letter says 'not less than 14 days before'. Your court paperwork tells you.

We can help.  You know from the NEWBIES thread about WS stage and evidence bundles.

    Which PPC?

    Are you in time?

Even if late, GET YOUR BUNDLE FILED & SERVED ON MONDAY.  Latest good example is by @aphex007 - that's a link so it's easy to find their thread on their profile. Adapt that example.

Hi all. Yes I have submitted all of my paperwork Months ago within the format found here on this site. Proforma statement etc. I was just wondering if anyone knows if the fact that claimant isn’t turning up then this could benefit my case?

The solicitor isn’t even turning up. Please see the statement I attached by glad stones solicitor. In their defence they mentioned that my responses were simply cut and pasted and therefore would not understand the significance of the mentioned cases - how rude!

Yes we see that response by Gladstones all the time.

It's almost as if their Witness Statement was cut and pasted.

    Who'd a thunk it.  :)

This happened in Lidl car park in Crawley. Yes I have been given a date at a local Court. I would rather not say exactly where.

Does this mean the representative from Gladstones will be there? And that the car parking company will not - or both?
