Where's my £66?

I submit my Eon meter reading on the 2nd of the month and once bill is received pay by my debit card.  My £66 rebate went in yesterday and I'm already £26.33p IN CREDIT as my bills have been under £50 for my 2bed flat.

I pay by quarterly variable direct debit, and have just had a bill with the credit applied.

Just had the £66 credit applied to my account by eon.next.

Paid my OVO DD as normal (normal amount) - two days later got £66 credited to my current account.

£66 paid into my Octopus account yesterday. Received my monthly bill for £67.19 the day before. Now my account says -£1.19

Presumably my direct debit will be for just £1.19 (I pay the bill in full each month).

Still nothing from EDF

EDIT - Just checked the EDF app and they've credited my account with £66 instead and not changed my DD amount although they've still yet to update my credit balance to reflect this

Same here, but they also had reduced my DD by £67.😉🤔

No wonder people are confused.

Not bothered myself, as it'll all get paid at the end of the day, but still...

I got my £66 from Octopus yesterday and my credit is now over £306.

I can see the £66 on my account with Sainsburys Energy (EON), it says:

06 OCT 2022 - HM Government Discount Energy Bills Support Scheme - £66.00 CR.

They have reduced my DD by £67, split my bill in two, one went up to the 30th September, the second started on 1st October.

It's all looking good
