just revisiting this....if DD's are applied to the account but not showing until paid out once, would a switch away be useless from a DD point of view or would they still transfer and be visible in new account? does anyone have experience of this?pfpf said:as part of my switch to natwest there was one DD on the other account, i know it wasn't needed but i left it there. switch complete today and the DD is not showing on the natwest account but had gone from the old account while i could still see that account this morning. is this normal for natwest and may it appear later?
edit: scrap that. email from natwest states DD's only visible after 1st payment taken. odd.0
