DerwentMailman said:So it appears that they are not dropping all the way to the cap for some dual-fuel fixed tariff customers yet (if indeed they were ever going to do so!).
Electric
Unit: 35.37p/kWh (vs EPG 34p/kWh)
S/C: 43.39p (vs EPG 46.36p/day)
Gas
Unit: 10.46p/kWh (vs EPG 10.3p/kWh)
S/C: 27.22p (vs EPG 28.49p/day)
Averaging 7500kWh electric and 20000kWh gas per year means I'm £120 per year worse off on v18.
Presumably you're binning v18?1 -

From the EON Next community forum
Standard Variable Tariff (SVT or Next Flex)
As of today, the customers on a standard variable tariff aka the Next Flex tariff have had their direct debits and payments updated in their online accounts.
Fixed Term Tariffs (Next Online)
This one is a little more complicated. Where customers are on a fixed term tariff and are at a financial disadvantage we have made the decision to move them onto the Next Flex.
The customers that we have switched to SVT will have a letter/email in the next few days which will contain all the details they need to know.
If you are an affected customer and are unhappy that we have taken this action on your behalf, please get in touch with us.

You’re paying exactly at the East Midlands cap.3 -
Looks like Eon Next may be coming good after a really poor start to the EPG implementation. Hope they come true with information rollout (letter/email) to those affected customers in the timescale suggested. By the end of this week (Friday) would be nice and if it is...
....I shall relax and get totally bladdered when I see my account showing the correct unit tariff price for both utilities.1 -

Further to not having received any email, I sent a message via Facebook last Saturday, supplemented with a further message after I finally found out my new E7 rates when my account was updated on Monday, but have had no response.1 -
Without receiving any letters or emails from E.ON Next with whom I have both gas and electricity on the Next Online V15 tariff I have now received my first proper bill for gas consumed including since 1 October. This shows both a £66 credit for the Energy Bills Support Scheme, and as regards the Energy Price Guarantee it shows a discount of 0.45p/kWh against the tariff rate of 10.284p/kWh (exc. VAT) resulting in 10.327p/kWh including VAT which is what I expect for the EPG gas tariff. Previously they had announced a reduction in my monthly Direct Debit payment, which is due to be made tomorrow. E.ON Next seem to have implemented all changes OK.
