Incorrect pricing still available in the app though. And as of this morning, the site is still up yet the tariff information is back, and still at the old Ofgem rates.I know it’s not important and I know the bills will be ok, but this level of messing around by Eon is ridiculous. Are they really this incompetent?1

I actually don't trust that the bills will be correct.0 -

As I said, if the day/night balance is being kept at the same level, that'll be fine. But I don't think it is unreasonable to expect to be told.0 -

I have seen several screenshots of incorrect online tariff labels, but that’s a different and much less important thing.0 -
I've just been given my renewal quote from Eon as my fixed term is due to run out on 31st October, but the charges that they are offering me are higher than the price cap, see below:
Electricity:£0.52 per kWhDaily standing charge: £0.56
Gas:£0.10 per kWhDaily standing charge: £0. 33
Is this correct?0 -

Is this correct? If that is the variable tariff then it just looks like they haven't applied the EPG reduction to the electricity rate yet.You are going to get some weirdness over the next few days as there is a lot to be updated, but existing systems still have to produce emails, so there will be some mixed messages. As it is a renewal notice, if they are still offering a fixed tariff that will also be on the notice, so be careful to make sure you are looking at the right numbers...0 -

I’ve had an email today from Sainsburys Energy (Eon Next) as my fixed tariff is ending on 5th Oct to say they have updated their prices in line with the Government price cap and to check my online account for the new SVT.There is no update on my account. It still quotes the much higher rate that it did weeks ago.I managed to get a reply from them on social media saying they are still in the process of updating their systems but don’t know how long it will take for that to happen. They are their own worst enemy. The fact that they have incorrect pricing information on peoples accounts is generating a huge increase in the volume of work they have to do as customers are contacting them constantly about it.1

What is the problem with them just publishing the revised rates, even if they are having trouble with the programming needed to revise online accounts?0
