If you want to work it out yourself, the Key is GMT but if not, Wethafans post above will give you the solution (choose the option of Knowing the Key Length...)3

Example of how to use a Vigenère cipher square:
1st letter - Key = G, Ciphertext = P so Plaintext = J
2nd letter - Key = M, Ciphertext = A so Plaintext = O
3rd letter - Key = T, Ciphertext = A so Plaintext = H
with a 3-letter key, it now repeats so
4th letter - Key = G, Ciphertext = T so plain text = N
