I am wondering if the symbols relate to the times - ie hands on the clock.
so the word is:
2100, 1530, 1500, 1745, 1530, 1745, 1745, 1500
where bold italics - symbols with the dot - relate to day 22 -
I've now tried converting the symbols to number and get 1 9 3 7 22 20 7 16. Using this I came across a science journal from 1937 issue 2220 dated 16 July. I went through every page and nothing.
Who is S.H.??????1 -
Stephen Hawking1

The times given can be translated to pigpen as hand positions on clock. Not much help.1
