I had this rather curious reply:

The car park is managed by Creative Car Park Management Ltd.

 

Where as we can cancel notice within ten days of incident, unfortunately it is completely outside our jurisdiction afterwards.

 

Regrettably therefore we are unable to assist on this occasion.

I replied:

As the landowners, you should have the overall authority and jurisdiction of the car park. It is incorrect and I would opine dishonest to claim otherwise. If not, then please furnish me a copy of any contract you have with Creative Car Park Management Ltd where this clause is written into it?

I can very easily present another case, where I had received a county court claim form, the landowner was contacted and it was hastily cancelled.

No such company exists according to Companies House.

What do the signs say? Do they mention Creative or CEL?

The signs from the thread you were pointed to earlier show the signs said Starpark.
There is no company registered at Companies House with the name Starpark.

Thank you Fruit cake. I cant recall anything except for the recent google images. Although had this unhelpful email from the landowners or whoever runs this place. I suspect they must be taking a cut to fund their little centre.

I'd ask them why have they signed a wholly unsuitable contract with an ex-clamper with appalling reviews and reputation?  This pathetic 'ten days or you're on your own' clause leads to extreme detriment to consumer patrons and lets the tail wag the dog.  People are being sued for using the centre and they can't stop that damage because they let the ex-clamper dictate the terms.
