I am not content for the case to be heard 'on the papers' because that seems to disproportionately give an advantage to a legally represented party.  I feel strongly after all these years of intimidating demands from this aggressive parking firm and their agents, that I need a voice at an attended hearing.
I wish to question the Claimant about their evidence at a hearing in person and to expose omissions and any misleading or incorrect evidence or assertions.

Given the Claimant is a firm who complete cut & paste parking case paperwork for a living, having this case heard solely on papers would appear to put the Claimant at an unfair advantage, especially as they would no doubt prefer the Defendant not to have the opportunity to expose the issues in the Claimants template submissions or speak as the only true witness to events in question.

so say no and give this as the reason?

If that is right would it be okay to send it like this to the court as i am doing it online and there is not enough space to write all that in or should i just type it onto another page and send it with the DQ. Thanks

If it won't fit, crop it down to the salient points to ensure it does fit. It won't win or lose the case for you, nor will it be refused with the court demanding it is heard on the papers. No big deal.

I am not that tech savy so cannot really crop it down and if i use points then i probably get hardlt information in there, i think it be best to type it up and send it with the DQ as it will look better.

In the box type "See separate sheet of paper submitted as an attachment with the DQ" and then do just that!

You don't need to do anything.

    Well done on your win!

ANOTHER UKPC ONE BITES THE DUST!

And...please don't miss the upcoming Public Consultation to change the private parking law and cap the 'greedy money' down at a lower level.

You must take part, you know how horrific this is and have won your case, but how draining and stressful this crap is - and why should consumers have to suffer this relentless bullying claptrap?
