IMHO Yes, more than likely and possibly by 0.75% rather than another 0.5% bump.

Certainly be an increase yes.
0.75% I would say is the most likely.
I also read Speculation that a bigger increase is planned and they didn't want this to be announced so close to the queens death. Hence the postponement. But thats probably nonsense.
